FULL/PART TIME RECEPTIONIST: We are looking to recruit a high level and committed receptionists to join out team. Extremely well presented, articulate and with a natural flare for top level customer services, the ideal candidate will have previous reception/admin experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients as part of this elite reception team. A friendly and bubbly manner, paired with a helpful and calm approach will be key for this position. We are looking for someone who will go above and beyond in their customer service approach but with a professional and calm attitude. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients

  • Issuing appointment letters/cancellations

  • Answering and transferring calls

  • Booking couriers, taxis, travel arrangements

  • Creating and updating reports for the facilities 

  • Typing letters/composing e-mails

  • Posting letters

  • Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy

  • Offering refreshments to staff and visitors

  • Case-working support as and when required

  • Administrative support

 

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Strong Microsoft/IT skills particularly with using word/excel 

  • Excellent communication and client care skills, which is essential to the role.

  • Very good English language

 

 

Salary/Wage: National Minimum Wage

Hours: 16-30 Hours

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

 

Experience:

  • Secretarial/Admin: preferably 2 years experience

  • Legal Environment: 1 year preferred in any role but not a requirement

 

Location:

  • Ilford, Essex
